Our Return and exchange policy are very simple and clear, we would like you to satisfy 100% unfortunately. If by any reason wish to Return/ Exchange you are most WELCOME, you can send back to us within 5 days, it’s your choice & right so we will really take care of your interest without fail.

 
 

For Refund:

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Remember refund will only be avail if :

 

  1. We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
  2. There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
  3. If the product got damaged during transit.
  4. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately any Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over Rs.3500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Don’t worry sometimes it rarely happens cause of techinal error If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund

 

Situation 2.
Amount hasn’t been debited from my account and didn’t get the order confirmation mail from DISPOSABLESTORES.
Please retry again with your correct information, check your internet connection.

    All these steps are to prevent fraud orders.
